The Kamson Corporation, a Premier Property Management Company, is seeking a seasoned, highly motivated, and customer service-driven Make Ready/Turnover Technician for our apartment community located in Blackwood, NJ.
Requirements:
- 2 years of apartment make-ready maintenance experience
- reliable transportation
- Valid NJ Driver’s License
- Strong communication skills
- Must be organized and detail-oriented
- Customer service skills
- Team player mentality
- Must be skilled at basic carpentry, sheet rocking, tiling, painting, light plumbing, and electrical
- HVAC experience a plus
Responsibilities:
- Turning apartments
