- Hours Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 4pm
Responsibilities:
- Turning apartments
- Organizing/prioritizing maintenance tasks including work orders and repairs.
- Supervising/participating in all aspects of the preventative maintenance programs, as well as the rotating on-call emergency request
