The Kamson Corporation, a top-tier national property management company, is seeking a seasoned, highly motivated, and customer service-driven Maintenance Supervisor for our apartment community located in West Palm Beach, Florida.
Requirements:
- 24/7 availability for emergencies

- Experienced with training
- Customer service skills
- Team player mentality
- Must be Bilingual – (English /Spanish)
- Must have Universal HVAC Certification
Responsibilities:
- Turning apartments
- Organizing/prioritizing maintenance tasks including work orders and repairs.
- Supervising/participating in all aspects of the preventative maintenance programs, as well as the rotating on-call emergency request function
