Candidate Required Skills:
- Experience handling plumbing
- Electrical skills
- Snow removal
- A strong skill set in overall carpentry is a must
- Must be HVAC certified
- Must be detailed and organized
- Great customer service skills
Must be able to handle “on-call” service periodically. If you are not interested in living onsite you must live within 20 minutes of the community.
