The Kamson Corporation, a top-tier Property Management Company, seeks a Maintenance Technician for our luxury apartment communities in Keyport, NJ.
Candidate Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with plumbing, electrical, carpentry & painting
- Strong knowledge in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems and appliances. HVAC certification is strongly preferred
- Must be able to assist with snow removal
- Good verbal and written communication skills and great customer service skills are required
- Must have own tools, valid NJ driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle to travel between properties
- A minimum of 3+ years of related experience
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines
- Able to be on-call for responding to after-hours emergencies
